St George Realty's agent Jen Hingsbergen far exceeded our expectations of the level of service to be received from a Realtor. Her enthusiasm, staging skills, selling skills, knowledge, and effort was top level. I would choose Jen every time and strongly recommend. She guided us through the preparation, listing, showings, inspections, offers and closings making it painless and the results were exactly what we wanted. We sold at 100% of our asking price and in just a a little over 45 days on the market. Our Realtor Jennifer Hingsbergen was referred to us by a realtor friend in Atlanta (where we lived). We shared with Jennifer exactly what we were looking for. She went to work and began sending us homes and each night we would review all her sends. After 2 weeks, we had our top favorites, so we scheduled a trip from our home in Atlanta to Panama City, Florida. One of the homes we visited, Rai and I totally loved. It was a beautiful, spacious, home with an assumable VA loan, and accommodated the unique specifics that we noted for Jennifer. The price was on our high side and interest rates were at 7 percent. We thought and prayed about it and decided it was just outside of our price range. Jennifer did some background research, and called us the following Wednesday. She said, "Hey guys, I have great news to share. The VA loan is 2.3% assumable! Wow! Let's make an offer. Jennifer very skillfully helped us negotiate a successful offer that the sellers finally accepted. We had our dream home at a fantastic price, an assumable loan at 2.3% interest, and closed 5 weeks later. So thankful for the awesome service that Jennifer provided.
