Candace first began her career in real estate in Gainesville, Florida when she was 16. Her mother, who has been actively selling real estate since 1977, hired her to coordinate the advertising for her company. That began her love affair with marketing, the satisfaction gained by helping home buyers achieve their dreams of home ownership and facilitating the sale of a homeowner's property. After studying at the University of Florida with a major in communication studies, she obtained her Florida real sales associate license in 1998 and broker's license in 2000.

Dana was the head of the vacation rental division. In December of 2005, Dana was one of the five women who purchased the vacation rental management department of Prudential Resort Realty, subsequently renamed Resort Vacation Properties of St. George Island. She and her partners built the largest and one of the most well-regarded management companies on St. George Island. Candace joined the company in 2008, and it was a blessing to be working together again. When Dana's partners decided to retire, Candace and Dana, they decided to team up again and combine our real estate and vacation rental management expertise to provide an enhanced real-estate experience for property buyers and sellers on St. George Island.
